I assure you that:-

• If due to any reason the booking has to be cancelled, I will not take back the advance amount and will not make any changes in the dates. I will book afresh if the date changes.
• If there is any loss caused by the tent vendors, confectioners or light vendors, it will be my responsibility.
• As soon as the booking time is over, I will vacate the premises immediately. If not vacated on time, I will pay the rent for the next day.
• Before entering the premises, an advance of Rs 2500 will have to be paid for breakage, electricity rent or other losses, the calculation of which will be done in the temple office as soon as the program is over.
• It will be the responsibility of the booking person to follow the government's booking guidelines.

All other types of rights are reserved with the Chairman.
